Spectrum Enterprise is making big strides this year with its partner program and its solutions focus.

Channel Partners executive editor Craig Galbraith caught up with Spectrum channel program VP Michelle Kadlacek in this Fast Chat to learn about why partners should consider working with Spectrum Enterprise.

On the cable company’s solutions focus:

“We are very well-positioned to help our partners and our customers succeed,” said Kadlacek. “We are the fourth largest Ethernet provider in the country, we have 217,000 fiber lit buildings, and a lot of people probably don’t know this, but we add 50 lit buildings per day — pretty substantial.”

On the challenges partners face working with providers, and how Spectrum Enterprise addresses those:

“In 2019, our focus has really been around improving and enhancing the partner experience. We’ve actually coined this year the ‘year of the partner.’ We’ve gone to our partners, done extensive site surveys, advisory council meetings, day-to-day interactions with our partners to validate that what we’re working on is meeting our objectives and our initiatives.”
