So says Zane Long, vice president of global channel sales with RingCentral. Long talked with Channel Partners’ Craig Galbraith at last month’s Channel Partners Evolution about the company’s efforts to push UCaaS not only to domestic clients but also international ones; he also touches on some big incentives partners will want to try to take advantage of soon.
