TCN says Platform 3.0 is an advanced cloud-based call center technology that eliminates the need for complicated hardware and improves connectivity between agents and customers.
Among them were big buys by ShoreTel and Cisco; and the major speculation that a sale of Verizon’s Terremark data-center assets could be imminent.
TCN expects the merger to greatly expand its market reach, strengthen its suite of contact-center offerings and accelerate growth momentum.
TCN announced its strategic partnership with master agency MPG Management Associates.
