Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) said it intends to respond to partner feedback about difficulty communicating with other HP groups and obtaining SPIFs in its PartnerOne program. HP recently unveiled zero percent financing along with extended training in support of partners. Partner retention and satisfaction seem to be the top item on HP’s agenda for 2009.
