Geoff Shepstone, president of TBI, hosted the master agent’s “BIG Event” in Chicago, May 11-12, a two-day forum to educate partners on ways to capture channel opportunities.
The inaugural forum prepared partners to start conversations confidently and build business in the economy’s two fastest growing markets: finance and health care. More than 150 partners from across the country attended what the company says will be the first of many.
Janet Schijns, vice president, Global Channels at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, delivered the keynote address. Additional vertical-specialist speakers included Verizon’s Helen Donnelly, JMARK’s Thomas Douglas and 8×8’s Mike McAlpen. Industry specialists from Comcast Business, CenturyLink and AT&T also shared specific technology solutions.
