Come One and All

David ByrdNext week, IT Expo opens in Austin. Along with many others Broadvox and Cypress Communications will be exhibiting and speaking. We are fairly active during this conference supporting the show and several of the collocated events such as Ingate’s SIP Trunking Workshop, the ChannelVision Expo and Reseller Week. Broadvox management personnel will be speaking throughout the week.

Steve Davis, director, Product Management and Product Marketing is addressing our vision on Unified Communications Tuesday and Wednesday during the Ingate-sponsored workshop and presenting the Business Case for VoIP and UC as part of the main conference program.

Chad Krantz, executive director, Channel Sales, on Wednesday will present one of our SIP Trunking case studies for the SIP Trunking Workshop and Thursday discuss Hosted Communications for the SMB for the main conference.

For those of you that read this blog, I will be speaking Wednesday for Reseller Week on the topic of increasing sells of IP communications products and services as TDM based products (PRIs) slow. I will also cover a topic often included in this blog regarding when to use a premises-based solution or a hosted solution. That is always a volatile subject. Finally, I will be the moderator for selling unified communications to small businesses on Thursday during the SIP Trunking Workshop.

IT Expo wont be all work though; Broadvox is hosting a golf outing for some of our Master Agents and VARs. All in all it should be a great week!

See you on Monday with another original recipe.
