BCN Telecom Hits Big Apple for Agent Training Event

On Oct. 28, BCN Telecom hosted an MPLS product training seminar and agent appreciation event in New York City. BCN Telecom, partnering with Sprint, conducted the two-day event at the Sprint Executive Briefing Center in NYC.

The training seminar covered MPLS network technology and the various customer needs that can be satisfied by this product application. The event agenda included real-time network demonstrations, business case examples and existing BCN customer testimonials regarding the service quality and support levels delivered by BCN Telecom and Sprint. Erin Ostler, Sprint regional manager, said, “Sprint is excited to partner with BCN in this event. In Sprint wholesale, we strive to demonstrate how Sprint technology can advance partner relationships and provide greater success with customers.”

The event was attended by many of BCN’s top sales agents, customers, the Sprint wholesale services group and the BCN Telecom executive team.

“This was an inaugural event highlighting the spirit of cooperation and co-promotion between BCN Telecom and Sprint,” said Dick Boudria, BCN Telecom chairman and CEO. “It was a pleasure hosting our sales agents and customers for this valuable training and it provided us with an opportunity to show our appreciation for their business relationships.”

The event was capped off with an authentic New York City experience – a group dinner at Smith & Wollensky, a premiere landmark NYC steak venue. The evening was filled with not only cerebral conversation, but a real sense of the camaraderie that BCN shares with its network partners, sales agents and customers.
