That comes down to reducing the human element, which is that learning curve of using that technology. It’s training, it’s stressing the value and benefit of training, and how it’s going to deliver the return on investment faster, it’s going to reduce the typical headaches that you encounter when you’re deploying new technology, or new software or hardware.”
