BILLSOFT’S EZTAX INTEGRATES WITH ORACLE FINANCIALS

BillSoft Inc. announced its EZTax software has been integrated with Oracle Financials, which is part of Oracle’s Enterprise Resource Planning E-Business Suite.

BillSoft’s EZTax processes taxes for long-distance services, prepaid/debit/calling cards, data services, Internet usage, wireless services, voice mail, paging, fax, local services, shipping, cable, satellite, and product sales and use. BillSoft provides monthly updates for its EZTax product that includes both data and software.

Oracles software streamlines the procure-to-pay process with strong financial controls and strategic financial information. With Oracle Financials, customers receive and pay invoices automatically, control disbursements and optimize cash management.

ACCUDATA UNVEILS SUBSCRIBER WIN-BACK STRATEGY

Accudata Technologies has introduced the Operating Company Name Lookup (OCNL) service to help carriers find their lost subscribers and win them back. As carriers receive notices of subscribers that have switched providers, they collect the information and send the list to Accudata. Accudata then searches for lost subscribers using OCNL to query databases throughout North America.

When the search locates a particular subscriber, Accudata says its returns the information to the original carrier within 24 hours of the carrier’s initial request. Carriers then can contact former subscribers to offer matching deals or other incentives to return.

EDIAL RELEASES ACS CONFERENCING PRODUCT

eDial Inc. has unveiled Advanced Communications Server 5.0 (ACS), allowing service providers to offer audio and Web conference, broadcast and instant messaging and presencebased services.

ACS is a scalable platform with an SIPbased server that works with legacy and IP networks. eDial says service providers, systems integrators and large enterprises can quickly develop and implement custom collaboration services to meet specific subscriber needs.

NETREFLECTOR INTEGRATES LANGUAGE LOGIC INTO INSTANT SURVEY

NetReflector Inc., a provider of customer satisfaction measurement solutions, is integrating Language Logic LLC’s Ascribe verbatim- coding technology into its online survey application InstantSurvey. The company says adding Ascribe to InstantSurvey will enable NetReflector to offer more services to clients while reducing verbatim comment processing costs. Language Logic supplies products and services to make verbatim data more accessible and actionable InstantSurvey is a hosted online survey application featuring randomization, branching, piping, multiple response types, bounce handling, unsubscribe, audience management and a custom report builder. Raw data can be exported into third-party software packages and survey results shared internally by publishing a report URL or using secure report portal accounts.

Ascribe is a hosted application for analytic or operational use of verbatim data. It focuses on the coding process. All of the verbatim data and associated information is maintained in a central, multi-user database.

VOICELOG HELPS CARRIERS PREPARE FOR HOLIDAY CALL VOLUMES

VoiceLog LLC, which hosts monitoring and recording services for call centers, is enrolling for its “Christmas in July” promotion through Oct. 1 as companies prepare for heavy holiday volumes. The promotion gives clients short-term access to VirtualLogger, a hosted/ASP call monitoring and recording solution, and to VirtualQC, a third-party monitoring service, during the holiday season. VoiceLog is taking advance orders through Oct. 1.

VirtualLogger supports call sampling and full-time recording. VirtualQC services provide supervisors who score live or recorded calls, and provide feedback for temporary and permanent staff.
