New Edge Networks Inc. announces it has expanded its broadband service for businesses by
providing cable-modem access through Cox

Vonage Holdings Corp. has announced a co-branded partnership with Associated Network Partners Inc.
(ANPI) to deploy
broadband telephony service to ANPIs cable television and long-distance
telephony member companies across 35 states. Vonage also announced a partnership
with Ygnition Networks to bring
expanded broadband telephony services to 130,000-plus luxury apartment

OSG Billing Services Inc. has announced an agreement to manage invoice
presentation and distribution services for reseller Access Point Inc., a privately held CLEC that
offers integrated communications services to small and medium-sized businesses.
OSG Billing Services is providing invoice consultation and design, electronic
composition, highlight color printing and mailing services. Access Point is
using OSG View, a billing customer service tool that allows customer support
staff to electronically view a customer invoice online.

Raindance Communications Inc. has built a proprietary conferencing architecture that
uses new voice services from Level 3 Communications
and should be available during the first quarter of this year.
Raindance touts the system as the industrys first nationwide VoIP conferencing
platform delivered by a Web and audio conferencing provider. Raindance says the
benefits of its technology created with Level 3s help include greater
reliability due to inherent redundancy and failover features in the network
layer, as well as the opportunity for innovations in voice conferencing not
possible with traditional PSTN conference calling.

VoEx Inc. has
selected Global Crossing Ltd. to provide wholesale voice, data and IP services as components
of VoExs VoIP service offering. Global Crossings VoIP service provides
wholesale IP interconnection, transport and call completion of packetbased voice
traffic over the companys integrated IP and TDM platforms.

BlueTie Inc.,
a provider of Web-based business class e-mail and collaboration software, has
announced the launch of BlueTieSP, a wholly-owned subsidiary designed to give
service providers complete, outsourced messaging and collaboration tools for
their customers. BlueTieSP offers a private-labeled solution which has three
tiers of service tailored to fit the needs of each service provider. Partners
can outsource their entire messaging system or use BlueTies products as an
upsell opportunity beyond the basic POP mail they currently offer. BlueTieSP
offers solutions for provisioning and account management, customized migration
and co-existence tools, billing and accounting integration, and marketing and
Web site development. BlueTie is launching a Web site and nationwide marketing
campaign to promote this new division.

MCI has
expanded its remote access services to provide traveling and remote workers with
additional high-speed wireless access points and the ability to access
information from a PDA through a roaming agreement with Boingo Wireless Inc. Through the roaming
agreement with Boingo Wireless, MCI has expanded its Wi-Fi remote access
capabilities to more than 2,600 global hotspots including hotels, airports,
restaurants and convention centers. MCI plans to add an additional 3,000 wired
and wireless locations in 2004.
