19Marketplace, a division of Communications Product Development Inc. (Booth 608-610) and a wholesaler of on-demand services, has unveiled its new on-demand services brand, MySaaS Online. CPDI is a Channel Partners Conference & Expo sponsor.
In partnership with Jamcracker, this new service enables telecom agents to sell ondemand business productivity applications. MySaaS Onlines suite of applications can either be private-labeled for direct resale, or sold through MySaaS Onlines referral program.
The wholesale program supports multiple distribution levels so that master agents can leverage their current distribution channels. Sub-agents also have the ability to brand the service as their own. The second program is a commission model where partners sell on-demand services under the MySaaS Online brand and receive a monthly commission.
In both cases, MySaaS Online provides hosting, handles credit card processing, invoicing and collections, and supplies end-user support.
MySaaS Online eliminates the need for agents to make costly technology investments, provide support services and manage billing by combining a hosted services-delivery platform, content/ISV wholesale distribution agreements, help desk services, billing, collections, settlement and infrastructure management. MySaaSOnline is a turn-key white-label solution that enables agents to brand and package on-demand application bundles that generate recurring revenue and reduce customer churn, said John Krzykowski, president of 19Marketplace.
