The broadband and business communications provider offers cloud services to medium and enterprise business. Consolidated Communications Cloud Services offers unified communications, cloud W-Fi, cloud secure, cloud compute, disaster recovery and data backup.

In July, the company launched Enterprise@Home to help businesses navigate their business in the midst of the pandemic. Enterprise@Home allows business customers to extend their LAN to their workers’ remote sites while controlling the network using SD-WAN and Cloud Secure solutions.

Consolidated also offers proactive network monitoring. Cloud Secure is a highly secure connection for protecting data. And an in-market network operations center staff monitors issues around the clock.

The offer targets businesses with 20 or more employees. The vendor manages service requests, dedicated technical support and billing. For the business, Consolidated Communications offers a single invoice for all employee home office locations.
