Westcon Named Master Agent for Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral

Distribution giant Westcon is one of the first master agents for Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral to serve European partners.

Westcon will offer Avaya Cloud Office to its agents in the U.K., Ireland, France and the Netherlands. It also will further strengthen its collaboration and networking business unit.

Avaya Cloud Office combines RingCentral’s UCaaS platform with Avaya’s latest technologies, applications and endpoints. It delivers calling, team messaging, video conferencing, file sharing and collaboration.

RingCentral’s platform includes more than 130 prebuilt solution integrations. Users can keep the tools they use and integrate them with Avaya Cloud Office.

Avaya built out a new sales and support organization specifically for Avaya Cloud Office. This gives the partner the opportunity to offload any of the pre- and post-sales work as they see fit.
