Telecommuting

Comcast on Monday announced Comcast Business at Home, a dedicated, enterprise-grade residential connectivity offer for services-oriented industries.

The pandemic has seen a dramatic rise in the number of corporate employees working from home. A recent Gartner survey revealed that almost half (50%) of organizations reported 81% or more of their employees are working remotely during the health crisis. Another 15% said 61-80% of employees are working remotely. Industry watchers say more employers than ever are considering maintaining a remote workforce after the pandemic.

While Comcast Business at Home is ideal for services-oriented industries such as legal, accounting, advertising, health care and insurance, it is suitable for all businesses that need robust internet and phone connectivity, Comcast said. The company also offers additional tools for mobility and security. Also, businesses can manage the dedicated connection for their employees.
