In his new role, Patterson is responsible for recruiting new master and direct agents, and helping businesses adopt Peerless’ portfolio of voice products and services. He has more than 20 years of sales management and leadership experience.

Prior to joining Peerless, Patterson served as First Communications‘ vice president of sales, responsible for the direct and indirect sales teams, and the wholesale channel. He joined the company in 1998 as a sales manager. He also has experience in sales leadership at other organizations, including Sprint and WorldCom.

Peerless said it has experienced rapid growth on a global scale during the past few months, from its international expansion to the United Kingdom to the introduction of its Peerless Portal, the company’s automated provisioning platform where agents can manage SIP trunking channels and telephone numbers from one system and from their own customer’s premises.
