Chevon Martin Khan is the master agent’s new senior partner success manager. She brings a deep UCaaS background, having spent the previous nine years at Mitel, where she finished as a UC customer success manager.
The second new senior partner success manager is Jackie Martinez, who came over from Windstream. Martinez enjoyed a 17-year tenure at that company (originally Paetec). She’s one of nearly a dozen former Windstream employees who have joined master agents in the last year (including Telarus and TBI).
Partner success manager Derek Solorzano joins the company from rival master agent TBI. He’s a former senior support specialist who boasts skills in Salesforce.com, account management and sales.
Taylor Anderson, a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University, will serve as a commissions analyst for PlanetOne.
