The combined company will continue to cultivate its large partner ecosystem, enabling partners with the “most complete, scalable workforce engagement offering internationally,” according to Calabrio. Together, the companies will provide the “broadest cloud offering on the market,” it said.
Financial details of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
Ross Daniels, Calabrio’s vice president of strategic platforms, tells Channel Partners the acquisition is “great news” for Calabrio and Teleopti resellers as “we’ll provide the market a powerful combined offering for new and existing customers.”

“In addition to strong partnerships with Avaya and Cisco, Calabrio and Teleopti have important relationships with cloud contact center providers 8×8, Amazon Connect, Five9, Serenova, Twilio and Talkdesk,” he said. “And with the companies coming together, our global footprint in sales, marketing, product, development and customer success grows exponentially.”
Calabrio’s customer experience intelligence suite embeds analytics and visual discovery into everyday tools, including WFM, allowing users in every role to consume and act upon data with less effort and more precision, according to the company.

In the coming months, Calabrio plans to fully integrate the best of the companies’ WFM products into a single WFM product within the Calabrio One suite, he said.
