In this role, Nowacky is responsible for the strategic direction of the engineering organization. He will report to Eric White, Axcient’s president.
“Ben brings a robust set of talents to the Axcient team that will elevate and scale our engineering capabilities,” White said. “Axcient’s vision is to help MSPs protect everything while providing the best partner experience, and Ben’s leadership skills and abilities will help us accomplish our goals through new programs and innovations.”
Nowacky has more than 20 years of engineering leadership experience, and was Independa’s vice president of engineering. He also founded two successful software companies, Scrybe.io and 3 Screens.
In addition, Nowacky held various leadership roles at companies like Z57 Internet Solutions, PhotoBin and Competitor Group. He “built his career on understanding the true problems an organization is having, and finding ways to best solve them while delivering value to the business,” according to Axcient.
