WTG Announces Next-Generation Marketplace

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 10, 2019 — WTG (Booth 1147), an AppSmart Company and top master agent in the U.S. announced today the launch date of its new, next generation marketplace featuring custom dashboards for Partners.

The plans for the marketplace were introduced, with much excitement, to the Channel Partners community at WTG’s 2018 Annual Holiday event in Palm Springs, CA.  This enhanced Agent Partner Experience allows for the registration of leads and sales of Connectivity Services and Recurring Digital and other Services for customers worldwide through the Channel. With the launch of the new marketplace, Partners will have single sign-on (SSO) access to PartnerEdge, all Provider content and the Learning Campus.  The Learning Campus is the LMS platform where agents can find on-demand trainings and certification programs as well as Provider white papers, battle cards, etc, further adding value and increasing sales enablement for its agents.

This initial release of the marketplace is targeted to go live June 2019, with additional releases planned during the second half of 2019 and beyond. The marketplace, its capabilities, and the user experience provided to Partners, will have three strategic focuses:

  • Visibility for agents into deal registration, orders, commissions, and payouts
  • Access to Provider and plan information, spiffs, promotions, and instant quoting
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to answer client questions and facilitate more and bigger deals.
