Jabra has integrated its speaker and headset into AudioCodes’ voice network management solution. The companies said their combined offer allows a user to control all of its voice offerings from “a single pane of glass.” They are targeting Microsoft communication services, including contact center, collaboration (Microsoft Teams), and unified communications (Skype for Business). AudioCodes was already offering a “voice enablement” solution for those Microsoft services.
“We are delighted to be collaborating with AudioCodes to deliver comprehensive voice solutions for the Microsoft UC and contact-center markets,” said Holger Reisinger, Jabra senior vice president of large enterprise solutions. “The offerings delivered by both companies complement each other perfectly, providing our joint customers with increased flexibility and functionality as they adopt next-generation voice services within their organizations.”
Nimrode Borovsky, AudioCodes’ vice president, global marketing, said Jabra and AudioCodes are aligned in their field and business operations.
“Our partnership with Jabra is another important mark of our commitment to simplify and accelerate the adoption of IP-based voice solutions in the digital workplace,” Borovsky said. “We firmly believe that the combination of AudioCodes’ field-proven One Voice portfolio and Jabra’s market-leading voice devices will enhance enterprise voice networks by delivering high voice quality, ease of use and operational efficiency.”
The solution helps businesses using the Microsoft services to “accelerate deployment and control their day-to-day operations.”
Contact-center provider CallTower made a similar move last week, giving its service-management application the ability to provision various Microsoft services like Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
Jabra is headquartered in Denmark and manufactures wireless and corded microphones, headphones and speakers. It launched a North American channel program in 2017.
AudioCodes is an Israel-based VoIP provider.
