The companies formed a technology partnership a year ago, and Concept Searching will enhance Netwrix customers’ contextual awareness into sensitive structured and unstructured data, both on premises and in the cloud. Concept Searching will continue to support its existing customers and solutions.
The financial details of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Ken Tripp, Netwrix‘s director of channel accounts, said the integrated solution will give partners “increased opportunities to expand their pipeline and give more long-term value to their customers.”
“We are excited about the acquisition and will do our best to help channel partners meet burning customer demands and run their business with Netwrix more efficiently,” he said.
The acquisition will allow Netwrix’s partner network to further extend its portfolio of security products and services addressing business needs in the areas of data centric audit and protection (DCAP). DCAP is a security segment with significant growth expectations, according to the company.
Through training and certification programs, partners will be able to leverage knowledge and sales best practices from Netwrix and Concept Searching to embrace new opportunities, according to Netwrix.
