PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS EVOLUTION — PHILADELPHIA — Oct. 11, 2018 — The programming team at Sandy Beaches Software (Booth 311 and a Featured Sponsor) is focusing their efforts on integration with other key software players in the competitive telecom sector – and it’s transforming their product offering as a result.
“We’ve never tried to be all things to all people. We do billing and customer care software, and we do it very well. That has kept us lean, nimble, and our customers loyal since 1990,” remarked Jeff Lytle, Sandy Beaches president and founder. “But, the market has matured and there are plenty of solid automation tools and middleware platforms that are desirable to our customers. Our clients can now afford the reporting and automation tools that were previously only available to large carriers with deep pockets and a stable of in-house programmers,” said Lytle.
Sandy Beaches is doing their part for clients by partnering with best of breed providers who can seamlessly integrate with the IntegriBill billing and customer care platform.
Wolters Kluwer (Booth 311 and a Featured Sponsor) and Sandy Beaches just completed a new integration. SBS’ IntegriBill now uses CCH® SureTax® by Wolters Kluwer as its tax rating engine. “CCH® SureTax® is a proven tax engine that will benefit our clients who trust us to provide them with up-to-date and correct tax rates.” explained SBS lead developer, Sam Mauer. “We’ve always had a tax engine partner that we use to eliminate customers’ financial burden of obtaining their own license. CCH® Sure Tax® will enable us to continue to offer taxing as part of our billing and customer care package,” said Mauer. Sandy Beaches relationship with Inteserra (booth 311) benefits clients through properly managing their tax liability. IntegriBill outputs all data meeting the parameters for Inteserra’s 477 and 499 reporting services.
Another facet of the SBS “integration transformation” is the anticipated integration with Masterstream™ ERP. “We are very excited about the MasterStream™ CPQ (configure, price, quote) products. We already have clients using them, and streamlining it for them to allow data to flow into our system will be a boon to their data entry and customer onboarding efficiencies.” said Lytle. “We plan to continue this new focus on integrating IntegriBill with products and services that stay true to our mission of helping clients grow and remain profitable,” said Lytle.
