The two companies will marry network services like Nitel’s software defined wide area networks and managed security services with Nextiva’s platform for hosted voice, service customer relationship management (CRM), live chat and online survey software offerings.
Together, the companies will be able to deliver a broader set of technology solutions for customers looking to simplify their technology environments.
“In partnering with Nextiva, we will elevate the experience for our partners, building quality, complete solutions for end users nationwide,” said Jason Dishon, Nitel’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Customers are looking to simplify their communications and IT environments. Our partnership with Nextiva will give customers that streamlined experience, while ensuring a high level of expertise in managing their networks, voice and security.”
Nextiva serves more than 150,000 businesses nationwide.
“I am so excited to announce this strategic partnership with Nitel,” said Ira Feuerstein, Nextiva’s vice president of strategic partnerships. “Our companies have amazing synergies and I really believe that our partners bases will crush it together.”
