Teleopti Hires North America VP of Sales

Teleopti, a provider of workforce management (WFM) software, has hired Rob Clarke, formerly with IntelePeer, as vice president of sales for North America.

Clarke will have a leading role in driving Teleopti’s North America sales strategy and channel partnerships, building on the company’s current momentum in the North America region. He joins the company with many years of sales leadership experience for cloud contact center and communications companies with both direct and channel-led business.

“Shortly after Teleopti entered the North American market, I began to hear customers and partners alike rave about the stellar user experience and excellent customer service associated with Teleopti,” he said. “I started paying attention and became a raving fan myself, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of this great culture.”

Prior to his new role at Teleopti, Clarke was senior vice president of global sales at Serenova, and previously had roles with ShoreTel and Zoom International, leading and growing the sales teams and developing strategic alliances.

“I am delighted to have Rob on the team and think that his leadership, network and great personality will take Teleopti to new levels,” said David Pahlman, Teleopti ‘s president.

Clarke will be based in Teleopti’s office in Denver, when not travelling across the region.

Teleopti has customers in more than 90 countries, numerous offices globally — from Beijing to São Paulo — and a comprehensive global network of partners.
