VoIP

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 18, 2018 — Michigan-based BullsEye Telecom (a Premier Sponsor), the leading national multi-location communications solutions provider, is launching a new phone with a custom made template for Key System Emulation at this year’s Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. This new phone offers access to parking orbits, with a single button press, monitored from every phone on site.

Built from direct customer feedback, BullsEye’s Key System Emulation product will aid in POTS to VoIP conversion by offering a familiar use-case not previously offered. Key features include:

  • One button to park a call to an orbit
  • All parking orbits synced between phones, including parked or free status on LED
  • Ability to pick up parked calls from any phone
  • Two Page Groups per location that can be joined or left from dedicated soft keys on each phone
  • Custom labels available for parking orbits

“Our key system emulation product offers a familiar interface on an attractive, user-friendly phone to help transition customers who have never tried VoIP, but still wish to keep traditional functionality” said Evan Branstner, network endpoint engineer for BullsEye Telecom.

Branstner will be on-site at the show demoing the new product at Plexi Booth #5. To request a demo, contact Susanne Hite at 248-784-2681 or susanneh@bullseyetelecom.com.

Key System Emulation on VoIP is the latest addition to BullsEye’s growing suite of VoIP endpoints, all of which are geared toward delivering increased efficiency, reliability, and scalability, while reducing overall costs. BullsEye customers enjoy the day-to-day benefits of having engineers that know the latest technologies and communicate directly with the customer for feedback-based design improvement.
