RapidScale Hires Advantage Vet to Lead Client Experience Team

RapidScale has hired Daryl Stitt, previously Advantage Solutions’ national technology director for nearly 20 years, as director of client experience.

Stitt leads RapidScale’s client experience team, which is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. At Advantage, he was responsible for data-center operations, customer support teams, LAN/WAN infrastructure, telecommunications, enterprise call center and M&A integrations.

“I am ecstatic to join the RapidScale team, whose core value is to deliver a great partner and client experience,” he said. “I look forward to using my prior experiences to engage with our clients and provide effective and efficient technical solutions that will make a positive impact in their business.”

Stitt will help carry out RapidScale’s mission to provide customers with “white-glove service and world-class support.”

Last month, RapidScale announced its partnership with Opex Technologies to offer a full portfolio of managed cloud services, including desktop as a service (DaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), to SMBs in the southeastern U.S.
