MicroCorp has a new partner portal which will oversee “a channel partner’s entire back office.”
The “Nautilus 2.0” changes enhance the portal’s dashboard and add new reports and analytics. MicroCorp said Wednesday that the portal assists with multi-site, multi-vendor, and multi-product deals.
“As deals become more complex, more sophisticated back-office functionality became a necessity,” said Phil Keenan, MicroCorp president. “Our partners can quickly manage their business through the enhanced dashboard, and view everything about a customer in one place. The consolidated daily order report has improved visibility into orders while simultaneously reducing email follow-ups to our partners.”
MicroCorp’s internal IT team manages the customer-relationship management (CRM) solution.
The order confirmation process has been updated, and the portal has added a daily order summary report and “automated firm order commitment notifications.”
“MicroCorp partners will also enjoy more commission visibility around provider credits, customer disconnects, contract expirations and commission variances,” the company said
Phil Keenan and MicroCorp have been particularly active in SD-WAN lately. Keenan has used his company blog to speak on the topic and recently interviewed Bigleaf Networks about the technology’s purpose.
The master agent also hired an SD-WAN architect.
