Partners can extend their portfolios with “next-generation colocation and interconnection” services in 14 markets, the company said. The partner program offers hands-on engagement, web and dedicated training, solution architects and around-the-clock access to support technicians to assure their success, it said.
Joseph Mileo, vXchnge’s vice president of global channel development, tells Channel Partners that while he and others with the company have worked on partner programs in other jobs, this is the first channel program for vXchnge with “our collective experiences harnessed to build a true partner program in the channel industry.”
“Based on our partners and what they can provide, it is really the right time for us to implement our first channel program,” he said. “Our goal with all of this is to provide our partners with quality data center product and services … that service their customers. For example, our partners have customers who are asking for edge compute platforms in these growth markets, and vXchnge meets that need with data-center solutions in 14 markets.”
vXchnge’s business intelligence platform, in\site, provides transparency so partners can develop, build and drive advanced services for their customers. In\site provides detailed views, compliance reports, reporting tools and interactions for managing their businesses and compute deployments within vXchnge data centers.
“Data-center services are available all over the world, but what sets us apart is that in addition to everything one would expect from their collocated data-center provider, we also offer our proprietary (platform),” Mileo said. “Our partners can deliver quality data-center infrastructure solutions and extensive technology insights, so they can better manage that infrastructure on behalf of their customers.”
The partner program includes a team of sales and development managers focused on partners’ success. It is geared toward SIs and VARs.
vXchnge enables its partners to use its data centers for cloud, carriers and other service providers to enhance their customer offerings.
