RapidScale has hired Dale Giernet, formerly with Fusion and ANPI, as partner experience manager for SoCal, charged with developing new partnerships and selling the company’s cloud offerings throughout Southern California, Arizona and New Mexico.
Prior to RapidScale, Giernet spent two years at Fusion, where he worked as channel manager for the western region. He has experience in business development, relationship development, account and territory management, channel management, market penetration and more.
“I’m extremely excited to join the RapidScale team and be a part of a company that has an established position as a ‘best-in-class’ leader in the cloud compute market space,” he said. “I believe this is an exciting time for the cloud market and have the opportunity to work with partners to assist their clients in delivering clearly defined cloud solutions and strategies to move them forward to the future.”
While RapidScale has a nationwide sales organization with multiple U.S. offices and a global cloud platform, Southern California and the entire Southwest region demands RapidScale’s “utmost attention,” said Bob Buchanan, the company’s executive vice president of sales and marketing.
“Identifying the right individual to lead our partner strategy was critical, since many of our strongest partners and longest-tenured customers reside within a short distance of our Irvine headquarters,” he said. “We are beyond excited to welcome Dale to the RapidScale family.”
