Based in San Diego, Bowman will support TPx channel partners in California and the country’s West region. He comes to TPx with nearly 20 years of channel and sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
“I joined TPx because it has a terrific product set, and senior management puts their partners and customers first,” he said. “Having been here for two weeks, I now realize they also care a lot about employees. The environment is electric and fosters success for employees, partners and customers alike, which is what it’s all about. I’m really looking forward to contributing to the company’s ambitious expansion and continued success.”
Previously, Bowman was a corporate and partner sales executive at NetFortris. He also held sales management positions at MindTouch and Fonality (now NetFortris).
He will help partners and their clients in that region with communications technology selection and implementation, as well as ensuring they have the tools and support needed to transition to cloud and managed services.
“Grant came highly recommended by colleagues and everyone in our channel partner community who knew him,” said Mark Harris, TPx’s director of channel partner program. “Throughout the interview process it became clear why he was so well regarded and the right choice for joining our channel program. Grant’s nearly two decades of technology experience, rich background in UCaaS, strong work ethic and enthusiasm will pay dividends to partners and will be instrumental in TPx’s growth and success as well.”
TPx continues to ramp up its national channel presence. By year’s end, nearly three dozen channel managers nationally will be helping partners bring TPx’s portfolio of UC, managed IT and managed security offerings to their customers. The company also recently realigned its service provisioning organization.
