“Telarus partners are excited to sell in the security space, and the Nodeware vulnerability management system is a perfect fit,” said Patrick Oborn, co-founder of Telarus. “This is an easy sell; this product needs to be in the toolbox of any telecom consultant as well as any IT manager. We are excited for partners to grow their businesses with this solution.”
Initially launched in November 2016, Nodeware enhances the security of SMBs by proactively identifying, monitoring and addressing potential vulnerabilities within their networks, creating a safeguard against hackers and ransomware. Affordable and simple to use, the system delivers real-time protection with up-to-the minute inventory scanning and vulnerability detection. By being able to perform both internal and external scans, it can provide a true 360-degree view of a network’s vulnerabilities.
Last month, IGI released Nodeware 2.0, which offers new features to improve the user experience. The new release includes enhanced vulnerability data, simple API integration, improved performance, global scalability and a number of functions that improve usability. The Nodeware 2.0 virtual version is compatible with VMware and Miscrosoft Hyper-V virtual environments, making it easy for most businesses to implement.
“We’re excited to join the Telarus team as one of its first suppliers focused solely on cybersecurity,” said James Villa, CEO of IGI. “Nodeware is in good company with Telarus’ elite group of suppliers and partners that represent the best of our industry. We look forward to growing our relationship with Telarus and bringing our Nodeware solution to a wider audience.”
Telarus’s network of agents, VARs and MSPs offer business data, voice, cloud and data center services, in addition to security solutions, and the product portfolio is constantly evolving. In August, it was announced that agents would be distributing Evolve IP’s cloud services and selling OmniNet’s security-as-a-service solution.
