Through the partnership, organizations can use Aryaka’s global SD-WAN solution to further improve the superior voice and video quality delivered by the 8×8 Communications Cloud™ for users around the world. 8×8 was recently cited by the Tolly Group as the UCaaS provider that delivers the highest voice quality across multiple client platforms and impairment conditions, and is a Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide leader for six years in a row.
Aryaka’s global SD-WAN will provide enterprise-grade private connectivity to further enhance the reliable communications experience for 8×8 Virtual Office® and 8×8 Virtual Contact Center®. Voice and video traffic will be routed to remote locations via Aryaka’s global private network, thereby minimizing unreliable latencies, packet loss and jitter on the public Internet. This will increase employee productivity by eliminating service interruptions and reducing dropped calls.
