AT&T has chosen Sandler Partners for a pilot within one of its partner programs.
Sandler Partners, the Hermosa Beach, California-based technology master agent/distributor, will participate in a pilot within the AT&T Alliance Program. Sandler says its 5,400-plus partners will get new opportunities to sell AT&T services and additional support from the Alliance program.

Sandler agents will get partner registration, the AT&T Solution Provider portal, and support for both pre-sale and post-sale. Curt Allen, Sandler Partners’ president of channel, says his partners will get a “stronger earning opportunity.”
“Through this pilot, the AT&T Alliance Program is demonstrating the company’s continued direction toward, and support for, the partner channel,” he told Channel Partners. “The residual-commissions component of the pilot incentivizes our agent partners to proactively bring AT&T to the table with their customers while allowing our partners to maintain their long-term customer relationships. This will allow AT&T to work more closely with professional partners that guide their clients’ technology selection toward long-term success.”
Sandler Partners has grown in part thanks to its acquisition of the master agent X4 Solutions last year.
