Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) PlumChoice now offers Azure cloud-enablement services, expanding its portfolio of technical services for Microsoft cloud solutions, the company announced Tuesday.

The three new types of Azure services include Azure storage for third-party backup solutions: enablement and support; native Azure backup: enablement, support, and managed services; and Azure-based disaster recovery: enablement, support, and managed services.

“With our new Azure-based services, channel partners can sell Azure with confidence, knowing that new customers will be quickly and successfully on boarded, and the end-users have peace of mind, knowing that they have a trusted adviser to help them with the migration,” said David Hauser, vice president of cloud services for PlumChoice. “This results in increased customer satisfaction that drives increased consumption of cloud products and services while providing a loyal and more profitable customer,” he added.

PlumChoice offers white-labeled services to partners that sell Azure to SMBs, allowing partners to expand their offerings without having to add their own in-house technical resources.

A recent State of the Cloud report by RightScale found that Azure adoption by SMBs grew from 15 percent in 2016 to 25 percent in 2017, highlighting increased customer cloud spending and a growing business opportunity for partners.

According to PlumChoice, its white-labeled cloud services allow partners to expand their portfolios, differentiate their offerings, transform from product sales to ongoing services, develop deeper and expanded customer relationships, and boost profit and revenue.

PlumChoice lists its five pillars of cloud services as onboarding and migration; support services; administrative services; advanced services; and project services.

In November 2016, PlumChoice received new investor funding to accelerate its growth in the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud services markets.
