FixStream Intros First Formal Partner Program to Grow Meridian Sales

FixStream on Tuesday rolled out its first formal partner program to promote authorized resellers and MSPs, and help them sell and support its Meridian analytics platform.

Partners receive sales training, technical training and support, and customizable sales and marketing materials. All tools and digital assets are available 24×7 on a secure portal.

Art Ledbetter, FixStream’s director of channels, tells us that current partners include a large systems integrator, and a few MSPs and resellers focused on enterprise and midmarket companies.

“These partners have been helping FixStream for some time to understand the needs of customers and partners relative to our platform,” he said. “As important, they’ve been helping us understand what we need to have in place to help partners be successful taking our solution to market. We have very happy enterprise customers. Those customers will stand as proof-points for prospective partners. And we’ve now pulled together the critical things to support our partners as they go to market.  Our go-to-market strategy will rely heavily on partners; we believe that’s the best route to scale our growth rapidly. We’ve been in-market for less than a year. It’s early in the game — that’s why we’re launching our formal program now.”{ad}

Meridian is an IT operational analytics (ITOA) platform that correlates and visualizes an entire application stack from business transactions to application services, to infrastructure components, across IT data center and hybrid cloud environments. It correlates events across all domains and time in context with applications to enable root cause analysis.

In addition to reselling Meridian, the partner program provides an opportunity for partners to increase revenue by building a profitable service practice based on the Meridian platform. Building a service practice helps partners create new business offers for their customers, keeps partners engaged in the management and monitoring of their customers’ application environments, and allows partners to advise on service performance, capacity planning, risk mitigation and infrastructure upgrades, according to FixStream.

Customers need correlated visibility and high-fidelity application maps for “rapid troubleshooting of application environments, accurate and easy migration planning, change management, compliance and audits,” Ledbetter said.

“MSPs are accountable for keeping service levels high for their customers, and need these capabilities with FixStream Meridian to maintain customer satisfaction with their service,” Ledbetter said.
