TBI Hires Sales Trainer to Increase Partner Education

Master agency TBI has hired Kathryn Wilkie as a sales trainer responsible for furthering support sales initiatives and providing strategic, technical and business expertise to the company’s channel sales team, agent partners and subagents.

Wilkie’s career in training began at Marcus Evans, where she held various roles, including manager of professional training. During that time, she oversaw more than $1.5 million in client business, $500,000 in project budgets, and a team of five. She also was responsible for up to 30 events at a time, new hire onboarding, client management and division innovation.

Additionally, she collaborated with subject-matter experts and the CEO on their communications goals, and produced content needed for those initiatives.

Wilkie will onboard new partners and provide training around TBI’s resources, support processes and implementations for partners’ customers. She will work with partners at the beginning of their TBI journey, and assist in building continued success by focusing on sales enablement and strategy during their first months with the company.
