Datablink, a provider of authentication and transaction signing services, is unveiling its first global partner program.

Datablink's Alexandre CagnoniThe Datablink Channel Partner Program offers sales, marketing and professional-services resources, as well as training and support options. Banks and enterprises rely on the company’s out-of-band technology to “protect millions of online users and transactions every day,” it said.

Alexandre Cagnoni, Datablink’s chief technology officer, tells Channel Partners that his company’s continued international expansion and growth will benefit from the “sustained support and other long-term assistance that the new program offers.”

“The partner program also gives us the granularity of business we need, as well as giving the customers the security of dealing with local companies they trust and know,” he said.

Datablink currently partners with more than 25 resellers spanning the Americas and Asia. Its partners are “premier providers of authentication and other security services for large enterprises, financial institutions, government agencies and online services,” Cagnoni said.{ad}

“Current partner input was absolutely critical while we formed the partner program, and integrated specific support programs and materials,” he said.

The program includes: sales training, tools and commercial support; proactive marketing planning and support; direct technical support; technical training and certification; and professional services.

“Datablink looks to the channel to eventually become the primary avenue for growth, as these valued resellers serve as the local, hands-on partners that end users rely upon each and every day,” Cagnoni said.

Founded in 2014, Datablink merged with Brazil-based BRToken in September of that year. Prior to the merger, BRToken, an innovator in authentication and transaction signing technology, served the Brazilian and international markets for more than seven years.

Datablink’s executive offices are located in McLean, Virginia, and it also maintains development and manufacturing centers in Brazil.
