CNSG Hits $1 Million Milestone With Windstream

Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), the Charlotte, North Carolina-based master agent, has surpassed the $1 million mark in monthly billing with Windstream, the enterprise services giant.

CNSG, which specializes in connectivity, cloud and cloud enablement, is just one of a handful of Windstream partners – less than 1 percent – to break the $1 million barrier. The master agent has increased its sales of Windstream offerings by nearly 50 percent in the past year. The two teamed up for the first time in late 2013.

As a member of Windstream’s partner program, CNSG is able to give its partners an additional layer of support through a dedicated national team. That team provides CNSG partners a single point of contact for help with escalations, order status, account management for accounts billing less than $5,000, enhanced reporting, commission support, and a two-hour response service-level agreement during business hours.

“CNSG is one of Windstream’s fastest growing partners, with steady increases in sales of our customized technology solutions to their partner community,” said Jason Dishon, Windstream’s channel chief.
