Telecommunications service provider NetCarrier has added two members to its sales department leadership team as part of the expansion of its national agent and VAR channel.
Seth Gibbs has been appointed to the newly created role of enterprise growth manager, and Chad Muckenfuss has been named national channel sales manager. They have both worked extensively at NetCarrier and in the industry.
“When Alan Gordon retired as director of sales, my goal was to split that role, and give better and more focused leadership to both departments,” said Bruce Wirt, NetCarrier’s vice president of channel sales. “We are also committed to the continued development of our employees, and this is a great opportunity to elevate two key members of my team.”
Gibbs has been serving as senior key account manager and managed the relationships of NetCarrier’s largest accounts. He now will oversee the entire account management team, with a focus on base account growth and customer retention.
Muckenfuss had been NetCarrier’s channel partner manager before leaving the company to develop his management career. In 2013, he returned to lead the hosted PBX implementation team. He will now lead the team of channel partner managers and oversee the product development process.
Lansdale, Pennsylvania-based NetCarrier was founded in 1996, and sells both traditional and cloud-based voice and data in 48 states. It now sells through more than 3,000 agents and subagents, who have access to its nCloud suit, as well as video as a service, MPLS, Ethernet, Exchange, firewall and more.
