The company on Wednesday launched its new Affiliate Partner Program, an expansion of its channel-partner program aimed at helping individual consultants and boutique consultancies “reap the benefits of the growing market for cloud and mobile tools” among SMBs.

Yaacov Cohen,’s CEO, tells Channel Partners the “accelerated move to Office 365 has created an intense need for skilled consultants who can help businesses successfully evolve to the needs of digital workplace.”

“We have worked with partners for several years and have learned what partners need to help organizations adopt the cloud and succeed in the cloud/mobile era,” he said. “The Affiliate Program expands our formal program to partners of all sizes – even individual consultants. They can join online without approvals or barriers and get access to the full suite of apps.”

A cloud-based portal is designed to make it easy for partners to sign up and immediately sell to their customers. Consultants can get a partner ID and then submit purchase orders through the portal for deals ranging from 15 to 200 users.

All business is sold through, with the referring partner receiving a 15 percent commission once the customer pays. For deals involving more than 200 users, partners will work directly with a representative.

Through its expanded partner program, the company is now offering the resources and guidance to design, implement, integrate, service and manage SharePoint-and Office 365-based offerings for a specific client location or on a regional, national or global scale.
