CHANNEL PARTNERS WTG (Booth 439 and an Executive Sponsor) is expanding its sales engineering practice, thanks in part to the proliferation of cloud services.
“Security concerns are bigger than they have ever been,” said Justin Foxwood, sales engineer for WTG. “This, coupled with the greater demand for cloud services, calls for a greater level of technical support. In response, WTG started the Sales Engineering Practice. Now that cloud products and services are growing so fast, we are stepping up to the challenge by putting more into the Sales Engineering Practice."
Expansion includes a deep dive into network design and specific analysis on hard-to-source services.
In addition to the expansion, WTG now is open 12 hours per day, from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Eastern time. The company says that’s so it can accommodate “time sensitive” demands for information. The firm also is touting the nationwide availability of its Cloudology partner education platform.
