CHANNEL PARTNERS VoIP provider Lightspeed Voice (Booth 1006 and an Executive Sponsor) has moved its headquarters to North Port, Fla., about 10 miles from its previous location.
“Our new space is expandable to accommodate our meteoric growth. It is located along one of the newest business districts in Sarasota County, Fla.,” said Lourdes Fuller, president of Lightspeed Voice. “The office virtually triples our workspace and allows us to continue to grow and provide the excellent service to which our international client based has grown accustomed.”
With the move complete, Lightspeed Voice is looking to add partners to its sales efforts.
“We understand the importance of a strong channel partner program, and look forward to growing our company through intelligent relationship-building with like-minded partners,” Fuller said. “Our partners will be entitled to superior channel support and will be proud to offer the Lightspeed Voice brand to their valued customers.”
Lightspeed Voice has spent the past several years positioning itself in the market; in 2014, it added a second data center to meet customers’ growth and operations needs. In fact, Allstate Insurance recently signed on as Lightspeed Voice’s 15th national-brand customer.
“Our priority is ‘over-the-top’ customer service, and because of this, we receive daily feedback from our customers,” Fuller said. “We post the results of our last 100 service requests on our website, so potential customers can see our commitment to assist beyond the sale. Our customer service ratings average above 98 percent satisfaction, and our customer attrition rate is below 1 percent.”
Lightspeed Voice’s VoIP platform is fully hosted, which means it’s not tied to a client’s physical location and therefore not disrupted by power or Internet interruptions.
