NetCarrier’s nCloud line now includes IaaS.
nCloud Server comes with 50GB of storage and the Linux CENT operating system, with the option to upgrade to Red Hat or Microsoft Server 2008.
“This is the next logical step in our cloud evolution,” said Bruce Wirt, vice president of channel sales at NetCarrier, which only sells through the channel. “More than ever before, clients are looking for a technology partner that can give them on-demand scalability with the inherent redundancy that’s only possible in a cloud environment.”
NetCarrier, a CLEC and a cloud services provider, offers nCloud Server primarily through the Internap facility in Massachusetts. The company provisions most of the nCloud suite through six data centers in the Boston, Denver, New York and Philadelphia areas.
