Zultys has released Cloud Services, a cloud-based IP phone system, UC solution, contact center and SIP trunk service based on its MX series of IP phone systems, to accommodate a growing number of businesses switching to cloud-based services.
“When selecting a business phone system, one size doesn’t fit all,” said Neil Lichtman, CEO of Zultys. “It’s about finding the right fit so you can focus on running your business, not worrying about your phone system. Many cloud phone systems are designed for the very small-office/home-office market and lack true comprehensive business functionality. Many don’t offer you the flexibility of either having it on your premises or in the cloud with the same exact user experience. Zultys hosted solutions are built upon over a decade of delivering powerful enterprise-class communications capabilities to thousands of organizations throughout the world.”
Features including integrated voice, fax, voice mail, presence, instant messaging, automatic call recording, contact center and built-in conferencing are available with Zultys Cloud Services. Companies can choose the features they need and only pay for those on a month-to-month basis rather than a multi-year contract, but add more as their business grows.
Day-to-day management of the phone system is handled by Zultys’ network of channel partners, so that when an employee needs to ask a question, they don’t have to call into a contact center, but instead can speak to a local representative.
AT&T, CenturyLink and Connectwise are among those adding drama to telecom, IT and the channel since last fall. https://t.co/YTBVQGjWqt
