Broadview Networks has released OfficeSuite Community for customers, prospects, partners and agents.
The new community is expected to enhance customer experience and engagement by providing a resource that answers questions and provides a place for interaction between Broadview’s customers and subject-matter experts.
The new OfficeSuite allows customers to find information about how to use the suite through a phone solution as well as a centralized resource that contains documentation searchable by keyword. Information not included within the existing community content can be posted by customers as questions, which are then answered by other community members or the Broadview team. Community members also have the ability to submit product ideas and share positive feedback about their experiences.
The OfficeSuite Community provides: answers to frequently asked questions; demonstrative videos; quick-start guides; user manuals; how-to articles; Webinars; announcements about product updates; new feature releases; and best practices.
“We constantly challenge ourselves to be as social, mobile and engaged with our customers as possible,” said Brian Crotty, Broadview’s chief operating officer. “The OfficeSuite Community provides a forum for two-way communication between Broadview experts and our agents, partners and customers. It allows everyone to share their knowledge, personal insights and best practices, which is key to our efforts to continually enhance customer satisfaction.”
