3CLogic said this week it now offers its contact center platforms with CLEC IntelaCloud’s cloud PBX.
That means 3CLogic channel partners may sell a platform that meets the voice needs of both contact center and back-office teams, the company said. The partnership further allows for better business continuity because of platform redundancy, according to 3CLogic.
“Cloud contact center solutions have gained broad adoption, yet we regularly see firms hesitate to upgrade one aspect of their business at the expense of leaving the other behind and this partnership closes that gap,” said Raj Sharma, CEO of 3CLogic.
For channel partners, the ideal customer has 25-200 seats used for inside sales and customer service. 3CLogic partners should be experts in CRM, VoIP and call center, and undergo two weeks of training with 3CLogic. In return, the vendor provides tier 2 and tier 3 support, and pays 15 percent recurring revenue for two years.
“The way 3CLogic focuses on different verticals is by relying on its VAR partners who have a deep knowledge of different verticals,” a spokeswoman told Channel Partners. “It would be very beneficial for VARs and other partners to lead with a value proposition that focuses on CRM integration.”
