Lightower Fiber Networks is expanding its all-fiber footprint throughout downtown Philadelphia and is offering more than 16,000 square feet of colocation space at 401 N. Broad, a colocation “hotel” in the City of Brotherly Love.
Lightower says the expansion will deliver high-performance networking to businesses throughout downtown, including the area surrounding Broad St., Market St., JFK Blvd. and Chestnut Ave. In addition, Lightower customers in Philadelphia will now have access to Lightower’s entire network and all of its service locations.
“Adding to our network presence in downtown Philadelphia is an important step for Lightower as we continue to aggressively expand in existing markets and into new markets,” said Rob Shanahan, CEO of Lightower. “Philadelphia is home to so many of the industries that already take advantage of Lightower technology, including high tech, education, health care, financial services and other enterprises. We look forward to continuing to invest in the Philadelphia area as organizations experience Lightower’s performance networking.”
