Cloud vendor Virtacore has named tw telecom its preferred network services provider.
As such, tw telecom is providing its eLynk Ethernet services. That means Virtacore customers get a secure, dedicated and scalable connection to Virtacore’s cloud services and data centers.
Colorado-based tw telecom also will let end users increase their bandwidth as needed, and give them real-time visibility into network performance metrics such as usage, latency, packet loss and jitter.
Virtacore uses technologies built on Cisco’s UCS platform, VMware’s VSphere, and hybrid storage using either NetApp or Nimble devices hosted at Equinix data centers.
