Tech distribution giant Tech Data will now offer EarthLink‘s TechCare support service and its Cloud Workspace, which will be immediately available in Tech Data’s Solution Store. It’s part of a new distribution agreement between the two companies.
TechCare support service is a North America-based, fully outsourced white-label Help Desk as a Service for managed services providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs). Cloud Workspace Desktop as a Service (DaaS) is designed to allow solution providers and MSPs to deliver a configurable virtual desktop environment, providing administrative control for business applications and data. Cloud Workspace provides secure access for end users from any location on any device, via Internet or private connections.
