DSCI Revamps Partner Program

CLOUD PARTNERS – DSCI (Booth 702) has revamped its partner program.

The hosted communications provider said on Tuesday it has new commission structures and partnership levels.

To the former point, DSCI is introducing its Flexcelerate commission program. For each DSCI customer account enrolled, the channel partner selects from two commission tracks: a “standard” monthly residual commission, or a “turbo” commission that features an up-front payment plus a monthly residual.

Partners may choose to use just one of these tracks for all of their clients, or mix and match the two to fit their needs.

To the latter point, DSCI has added benefits for partners who meet an annual sales quota or commit operational resources in supporting end users. These partners will get production bonuses, marketing and sales support, and a dedicated channel manager.

“Our channel partners spoke, and we listened,” said Shawn Day, vice president of channel sales at DSCI. “We’ve made these changes to our channel partner program with one goal in mind: to give our partners the flexibility and support they need to win more business.”
